Revital Physical Therapy services are covered as an out of network benefit of insurances. We are not in network with insurances. Receiving treatment from an out-of-network provider is often fast, and in many cases it can be cheaper than high deductible plans. So  contact your insurance provider to check your out-of-network physical therapy benefits. If you are unsure about your healthcare benefits, we are happy to check your benefits for you.
